The Telrepco Touchscreen Repair/Replacement program will equip your Toughbook with a brand new touchscreen with 1 year warranty for $300.00.
Elligible models include Toughbook 18, 19 (MK1-4), 29, 30, 74 (MK1-4).

All out-of-warranty repairs performed by Telrepco carry a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor.

To initiate a repair, please compelete our online RMA Request page, which will be promptly reviewed by a customer service representative. If you would rather speak to someone directly, you can call 1-800-537-0509 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will need to provide full model number and serial number (located on the bottom of the unit) as well as a description of the failure. We will then provide you with an authorization number and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of your unit, in-warranty work will be performed. You will be provided an estimate for all out-of-warranty and post-warranty work, which requires approval, prior to any repairs being made.
